This instructor is very good! He details how to respond in an almost accurate encounter. I see now why Krav Maga is better against violent attackers than any other system of fighting because it is solely based on real life encounters. I would encourage everyone to learn as much systems of fighting as possible but unfortunately against a knife attack a boxer is going to have a hard time surviving for example. This is why special force units are trained strictly by Krav Maga instructors.

Ok good for defence but what about kicks to the ankles. A kick in the ankle is severely painful as i have experienced it. And all these videos always show the mid kicks and thats good for people who don't know how to defend against it.
